Violette Motors LTD (DBA VMCustoms.ca) is proud to offer low shipping fees on most products and orders*. 

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Average order processing time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items. 

Once your order has been processed and prepared, a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

* Some restrictions apply (may require additional shipping charges): 

Shipments to rural areas. 

Shipments to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and Labrador. 

Certain oversized products.

If your order requires additional shipping charges, we will contact you by e-mail to obtain confirmation of the additional shipping charges. 

If you encounter a problem with your shipment, please contact us immediately. 

If one or more items in your order have been lost or damaged by the carrier, don't worry, all our shipments are insured.
