        SERIOUS STRENGTH: We get it. You do not want Siderails that try to look tough but have no purpose. BACKRACK(TM) Siderails are industrial grade and designed for trucks that push the envelope of on-the-job abuse. Heavy gauge HRPO tube is fully welded to an angular base that runs the full length of your truck bed. We expect you to overload your truck. BACKRACK(TM) Siderails are ready to handle whatever you bring to the job site. RUGGED GOOD LOOKS: If it wears the BACKRACK(TM) brand name it has to be work ready, but it can still look good while getting the job done. BACKRACK(TM) Siderails are designed to compliment the angles of our Cab Guards. Siderails install with or without our Cab Guards and are fully compatible with Crossbed Toolboxes. SIMPLE NO DRILL INSTALLATION: Drop them on and bolt them in. It is almost that simple. Once you secure the custom Stake Pocket Bolts into the stake holes, the Siderails drop into the pockets over the bolts. Turn down the nuts with a ratchet, and finish the installation by inserting the plastic caps inside the stake holes to hide all the fasteners. Very slick. TOOLBOX FRIENDLY: BACKRACK(TM) Siderails are available for both 6.5 ft and 8 ft bed lengths. The Tube Rail is available in two configurations: the FULL RAIL, which extends the full length of the truck bed and the TOOLBOX RAIL, where the Tube Rail stops short to accommodate the insertion of a cross bed Toolbox.

        Returns & Exchanges
        In the event that you:

        Purchased the incorrect part or size,
        No longer need a product purchased,
        Were sent the incorrect product contrary to what was described on the website,
        Purchased a product that came defective, damaged or faulty,
        Are not satisfied with the purchase, or
        Purchased the wrong product accidentally,
        We ask you contact our customer service representatives and they will help assist with the next best steps. While each particular category identified above has their own special rules and conditions (please read below), there are some general rules which apply to all returns or exchanges:

        All returns and exchanges must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid & signed RMA form.
        Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging. In no event will we accept a product return that is in a poor condition.
        Any returns related to defects, damage, fitment or other flaws will require additional inspection. Depending on the product, we may also require that you sent the product back to the source for inspection. In the event that you bring the product to your own mechanic who provides a report, we reserve the right to request verification by having the product shipped back to our source for additional inspection.
        Any returns related to incorrect parts, sizes, purchased in error, or parts no longer needed, do not in any way assemble, install, or modify the product.
        Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
        In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. For these products, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.
        The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
        Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
        Custom Built Orders.
        Custom Wheels & Tires Packages.
        What are my shipping fees?
        For orders delivered within Canada where the reason for return is based on the customer

        No longer needing or wanting the product,
        Purchasing the wrong product where the description is proper, or
        Providing any reason which isn't a result of a VMcustoms error,
        The cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee , per item will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided.

        As it concerns products requiring freight, LTL shipping, while returns are accepted, note that the shipping charges will be reduced in an amount based on the estimate from the shipping carrier, which may be substantially higher than the costs outlined above. As such, it may result in the shipping costs exceeding the costs of the product.

        Also note that coordination the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event an error is made by VMcustoms, a return shipping label will be provided.

        Core deposits
        Some products sold on VMcustoms include a core deposit. These parts have a deposit that is charged upon purchase and fully refunded upon the return of the core. Cores must be in rebuildable condition and matching vehicle application to the product sold. Once the product is received and inspected, the deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment. Note: Product cores returned that are not fully assembled or are not the unit that was removed from the vehicle, will not be refunded and the core will be discarded.         Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
        While VMcustoms strives to ensure that the products purchased will be the right fit, the first time, in perfect condition and proper fitment, sometimes due to factors outside of our control, products may be damaged in transit, defective from the assembly line or otherwise are simply incorrect.

        If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, flawed or simply incorrect, not at the fault of the customer, do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part. Please contact our customer service team, who will assist during the process, work with you, and find the best solution of your issue.

        In the event of an exchange or replacement, once you have contacted our customer service team, our team will work with you to help facilitate the transaction. During this time, photos or video of the particular damage, defect, or fitment issues may be requested in order to correctly process your request, access the issue and underlying cause, and determine the next best steps.

        If accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Upon return, we will inspect the part, which may require additional proofs, such as photos, videos or assessments, and upon confirmation of the defect at no fault of the customer, the exchange or replacement will be processed. In limited instances, return of the product may not be required, and in this event, additional steps may need to be taken as well.

        Products must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Please note that products must be in the original packaging and there are additional requirements for products that ship freight.

        Please be advised that the returns, refunds or exchanges under this section do not apply to warranty claims. Warranties on products are offered by the manufacturers, and each manufacturers' timeframes, terms and conditions, and schedules vary. While warranty claims are specific to each manufacturer, VMcustoms will administer all warranty claims so that it may be as seamless as possible for our customers.

        Order cancellations
        We will assist with cancellation of an order or part(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have been shipped already cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be done online by submitting a request, or through our customer care team who can be reached via live chat or phone. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected.

        Billing, refunds & credits
        Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued when we confirm receipt of on the returned product in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Affirm). Once the refund has been issued a confirmation email will be sent.
